Absolutely love Fast Fix! I've used them several times for unique jewelry for my wife's Christmas presents such emeralds, pearls and gold necklaces. They're excellent jewelers and have created unique and beautiful pieces. Highly recommend them for this as well as for jewelry repairs.

I go to Fast Fix regularly to have watch batteries replaced. As the name indicates, the service is always ‘fast’! I am also impressed with their ability to look-up prior battery replacement dates for warranty purposes. Good value and good service — I would recommend them highly!

Fast Fix at Mall St Matthews did an excellent job with my charm bracelet. I left it with them to solder six new charms On my bracelet, and when I went to pick it up, it looked like they had even cleaned my old charms that were already on it. They did a fabulous job.

This experience left me feeling disrespected, frustrated, and dismissed. I am disappointed not only by the unprofessional behavior but also by the financial loss and time wasted in repeated visits. I hope my feedback encourages you to consider how your staff interact with customers and the lasting impact of their words and actions.

For what it is worth, I will not be returning to your establishment. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to ensure future customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Was so fast and had such great results. My ring had some sharp edges and the wedding band was not able to be seen correctly. Sean was able to make it way less dangerous and made it so the wedding band was able to be seen. I appreciate it more than you know and the whole team was so nice and fast. And the price was the best I had found. Definitely recommend and will be going to them for any future jewelry malfunctions. Thanks again guys.

I will be returning to fix some necklaces. Today, they quickly replaced my watch battery. Greeted by friendly staff when I entered. The pricing and guarantee was explained to me. Easy location to reach even if you are not spending time at the mall itself. Just go in the entrance by El Nopal. Texted me when the battery was installed. Very happy.
