Just wanted to surprise my daughter with a second ear piercing and stopped in to the beautiful store. They were super nice and accommodating got us in right away and even helped me with my closed earring holes! We both walked out with beautiful 14 ct earrings and happy smiles. I would like to thank Andrea and I believe her name was Anna (at the front of the store) for all of their help. I called Exclusively Diamonds for a repair on an earring I had received as a gift a couple days prior. They told me estimated time for the repair was about a week which was completely fine. They called me 2 days after dropping it off to say it was done already, amazing! They also helped me pick out a chain for the pendant I also received as a gift. They had to order in some chains for me to look at based on my preferences which also came in within a couple days! All of this was taken care of within the same week, I was able to get my earring fixed and purchase a chain! Staff were so nice and helpful. They were fast and efficient which isn't easy to come by these days. I'm so glad that I decided to work with Exclusively Diamonds. I will definitely be using them again for any jewelry needs. Thank you so much for everything!
