Pros; The man who helped us was friendly and helpful and made sure to fix things for us.
Cons; Shop was not open when we came to it and had just happened to walk by and see the guy going in and asked if he was opening which he said he was. Seemed like they shut down unless you have an appointment or by chance catch them while they are actually in store.

They don't have to much of a selection but the man who helped us pointed out one in the window and my daughter loved it and she ended up getting that one. Dresses are average pricing for what you expect for prom and dress events. Left happy and if I need a dress I would return but would probably call first and make an appointment next time.

I bought two prom dresses for my daughters. I was NOT told all sales were final until AFTER the receipt was given to me. Normally this would be okay except I now don’t need one of the dressers. They wouldn’t give me a refund due to “not knowing the condition of the dress after it leaves the store” BUT it never even left the store. The manager was supposed to call us for alterations and NEVER did that as well. Now, I’ve been charged for $580 and have zero dresses to show for it.

I got my dress tailored, and it came back the exact same way just tighter on the back. Seams busted out on the bottom, the rip in the dress he made taking it off the manikin is still there with the needle and thread still attached didn’t even fix the rip and didn’t even adjust the shoulder straps. $340.00 for nothing, $80.00 for getting it tailored and nothing changed.

Great Service! I had an unexpected event the next night and ETC Boutique was super helpful! I went in at 7pm and explained the shoes I already had and they helped my picked the perfect dress. I'm a little chubby but they still had my size. I'm really short but they were able to have my dress altered and ready for the next day by lunch!! Absolutely great service!

Stopped here at 2:06pm 03/04/23 and the store was closed. Tried calling and texting the number that was listed on the sign in the window, no answer. Horrible business management. What good is it to have a dress shop that isn't open as advertised.

I found my prom dress there. Although it was a tad bit pricy, you get a beautiful dress that feels like you. Customer service was fantastic.

Really nice service but there aren't a lot of dresses to try on in the store to see if you really like it. You have to put a payment down and order the dress, then you can try it on.

The lady claimed an appointment was getting ready to come, and wouldn’t even let us come in the store. VERY RUDE. I guess she doesn’t really need any money to pay her rent in the mall.
