If I could give this place no stars I would. The prom side of the store was not well maintained and did not flow. Not to mention the lack of options especially for those girls that are larger than a size 6. DO NOT get me started on the woman that works there. Very uninviting, RUDE, snobby, and down right mean. She should not be in the business to make girls and woman feel beautiful when you have the ugliest personality of them all. Do not go here for any of your dress needs. It will be a waste of your time and the women working there will act like it's a waste of hers too.

My daughter bought two of her prom dresses here and both times, it was an absolute delight to shop here! Brenda is super sweet and has a great eye for what looks good. She helped us find the perfect dress and my daughter looked like a queen!!!

Absolutely love, love,love this store. Brenda is wonderful. I live 2 hours away and was trying to find a vow renewal dress. The people at home were horrible to me because I am on a budget and plus size. She treated me like a queen and we found the perfect dress. I will NEVER go anywhere else as long as she is there!

DO NOT GET DRESSES ALTERED HERE. I needed a bridesmaids dress altered and they informed me that it would be more expensive than normal since I didn’t buy the dress there but that they were the only place in town who could do it. I needed a hem to take off length at the bottom of the dress and the straps taken in. They didn’t hem the dress only took in the straps. The straps look so bad I have to get them redone (we are a matter of days out from the wedding). I asked for a refund for the hem that they did not do and was told no immediately. I was charged $90 to get two thin straps taken in that I have already had to let out myself and am having to get them redone. So actually I paid $90 for them to hold my dress for a couple of weeks and create more problems with the dress. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The women there was very rude. We went in and my sister in law is a plus size looking for a wedding dress. She did not want to help us and didn’t even ask her size just assumed what it was. She said she didn’t have anything in her size without knowing what it was. She was not interested in letting her try any on. As soon as a smaller size girl came in she jumped at the chance to help them. I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

Amazing! Me and my beautiful 13 yr old daughter walked in and right off the bat the owner welcomed us and instantly knew my daughters size.... Even my daughter couldnt believe it, she said " how did she know?" lol. Anyway, found the perfect dress from plenty of options to choose from for my daughter's 8th grade Winter Formal. Not to mention, the time crunch because its 4 days away. Within 39 minutes had a dress with shoes to match, and a very reasonable price which i appreciate dearly. Definetly recommend to all ages! Will post a pic on Saturday to the website. Thanks Elegance Boutique!!!
