UPDATE: I have spoken to the post office to make sure I wasn't unfairly blaming this business. They stated that my package wasn't brought to their facility for shipment by the Dusty Diamond Boutique until December 27th. So be aware that they will not be truthful when defending themselves, as you can see in their response to my original review.

I ordered 2 christmas presents on December 10. It's now December 26 and the tracking says, "awaiting shipment." I still have no clue where the items are.

I called the store on 12/24 and was basically told in a condescending manner that they have 7 business days to process the order. Which is absolutely a pointless thing to say, being that I ordered it 14 days prior to speaking to her. It has now been 16 days since I ordered, so how does your "7 day processing time" excuse hold up now

The boutique is so close to me I would've driven 10 hours to pick the order up and had it before Christmas if I would've known I was dealing with this subpar professionalism.

One of my favorite stores! Very affordable and always lots to choose from. The store is clean, and the staff is really nice. I have ordered a few items, and the turnaround time is pretty fast. If you're looking for new items, affordable boutique clothes or want something that's different I would recommend you check them out.
