Absolutely a great experience that I knew/know nothing about. I took in my Bulova and my wife's Hamilton. My Bulova needed a simple battery change, but my wife's Hamilton needed a new stem--the piece that changes the time and date. I asked him about switching out my leather band for a steel one. He called Bulova, and they said they didn't make one for my watch, but he figured it out. He did this in less than 24 hours, and at a price that left my jaw on the floor---Not what you think! I found the price to be absolutely fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair when it comes to price! I highly recommend.

My newest watch a Seiko SNZF17 was running really slow. I brought in the watch to have it looked at. I wasn't in the store for more than ten minutes, and he comes back to the counter and says fixed. Since then the watch has been running great, and keeping perfect time. Will definitely be returning in the future for repairs or any other issues. I would recommend DP & Son to anyone that needs any work done to their wrist watch.

I randomly googled a watch place near me, saw this place and just gave them a call. The guy was very kind over the phone and I brought the watch in as soon as possible. It was my boyfriends fathers watch who has been gone 11 years now, and I secretly took it to get repaired after he had washed and dried it in his work pants. They fixed the watch in less than 24 hours and were decently priced. The watch ticks perfectly and looks clean. Thank you all!
