We've gone here over over the years for mostly jewelry repairs. A family owned business that loves and knows their costumers. They're upfront with costs and time that it will take to get your treasured gem back into your hands. Grateful to shop local with a company I purchased my first REAL jewelery back in the day lol.

We cannot thank the amazing team at Don's Jewelry enough for the incredible service and one-of-a-kind rings they created for us.

My husband worked with Sheralyn to custom design my engagement ring 2 years ago and the experience was wonderful. He got to pick out the exact diamonds that went into my ring and the details in the band. I could not have dreamed of a more beautiful ring!

Shortly after we got engaged we ended up moving to eastern Wisconsin but we knew we wanted to have Don’s design my band and his band as well. Through dozens of emails, texts, and phone calls with Matt, we were able to custom design both of the bands and only had to come in person once to pick them up and try them on. They made the process so easy and convenient and worked within our budget.

After the wedding, Matt coordinated shipping my rings there and back to be soldered together. They got it done very quickly and it looks absolutely perfect. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on our rings!

The quality of the items and the attention to detail is impeccable. They are truly experts at what they do and pride themselves on their craftsmanship. Their customer service is amazing and we always knew we were in good hands with their family-owned business.

I called about my mom's wedding band. Dad had it designed by Don's in the 1970's. I inherited it. The gentleman, who I spoke with, was polite and professional. I remember coming to Don's Jewelry as a child and Don, too. Excellent service.

The staff of Don's Jewelry are top notch and are always going the extra mile to help! The store is beautifully decorated and they have a sitting area for those who need to wait. They have a wonderful selection of new and estate jewelry, beautiful clocks, and an entire wall dedicated to jewelry themed wines! They offer jewelry design and can repair your jewelry, watches, and clocks! I would recommend anyone to visit their beautiful family owned store!

I love Don's and have shopped there from a young age. That said, last Friday(4-5-24) I took 10oz of silver there to sell and I checked the price of silver right before going in, priced at $27.05oz. now I did not have to accept their offer but I wanted a new tool so I did. They offered $220 and the guy says "I don't think you'll get that anywhere else." Ok. Sure.
That's not even spot. I would not sell your precious metals at Don's. I'm glad it was ag and not au.

Very disappointed in Don’s. I left my wedding ring there for repair in January 2021. Yes, C-19 days so didn’t inquire right away when it didn’t get done. Let’s allow them a YEAR to recover; we learned to not expect a lot during the pandemic. Then they had a family tragedy. I’m not heartless, how about another YEAR to handle affairs and grieve a great loss. Now I don’t know what to do… it's been THREE YEARS and counting. I’ve inquired about 4-5 times over the years and Dan says he will, or will try to, have it done by “the end of next week.” My friends and family think I’m nuts for leaving it there for over three years. I do not believe it is lost and I believe that when I get it back it will be a good job. At some point I may have to pick it up in some partially fixed condition, but I’d rather not have to do that. Just please ask them for a timeframe before leaving repairs. Do they have a huge backlog or is just my ring on their back burner? I don’t know. I say it’s time to stop bringing in repair work until you are caught up. I hope someday I’ll wear that ring again.

Customer service is a lost art but it has been found at Don's Jewelry. This is one of the few multigenerational businesses in Clinton. Sixty-five years and counting!! ♥️
