Don't go here unless you want them to add more on to your total amount financed. Told us we were a month and a half behind on payments when we haven't missed a single one and now says we owe sales tax which was paid over a year ago when we got the car.

We went to Don Willis looking for an inexpensive car to get by until my other car can be repaired. I couldn't afford another payment and only had my tax check to put towards one. My husband had looked at the Don Willis in Dale and we test drove a truck that ended up needing more work than anticipated and we didn't buy it. Billy there recommended we check out the other lot in Rockport and that's where we found a used Ford Taurus that was very nice, runs smoothly, and needed very little to be ready to be a daily driver again, for less money than I planned to spend on a vehicle. We paid cash and left with title in hand. I have had it three weeks now and have so far been happy with my purchase. I have heard some bad things from other people about Don Willis auto sales but I have nothing bad to say about the place.

I bought a car and after 6 months it stopped running. They refused to fix it or help me in any way. I asked to trade the car in multiple times and was told no. They have a rude staff that don't listen.

The truck I was going to buy what is that piece of junk had to frame cut in half and weld it back together had a carburetor with a gas running out heater core was not working it was disconnected radiator had three leaks in it. And a lot of other things was wrong with it nobody told me all this stuff before I got ready to buy it I seen it all for myself.

Great family owned business with excellent cars for the money they sold me a Chevy Cobalt for only 4000 dollars and it runs and drives excellent no rust or dents there quality is second to none definitely people to be trusted.
