In the past several months I have visited Doland jewelers for several reasons. Initially I went to Dolands to purchase permanent jewelry. Although it took several trips to get the placement and sizing perfect (my fault), staff was friendly and helpful. My next couple of visits involved resizing a ring, creating a new setting for a necklace, and finally a purchase of new jewelry. As was the case with my initial visit, I was immediately greeted and treated with respect and honesty and fair pricing. Dolands has definitely become my go-to jewelry store.

Emily at Doland Jewelers was so helpful in finding a 50th anniversary band to match the one I got for my 25th anniversary. A yellow gold band with channel set princess cut diamonds apparently isn't easy to find, but she did it! Love my new band. She also arranged for my husband's ring to be sized and cleaned. Will definitely go back to Emily for any future needs.

After searching the internet for a particular item, I came across Doland Jewelers. I called and was lucky enough to get Emily on the other end. She was extremely kind and helpful. The item I was looking for was in stock. Emily took care of all of the details and shipped it to my niece just in time for her 16th birthday! I would highly recommend them!!!

My visit with my first time buying expensive jewelry. I was trying to get something for a third year anniversary. Also when I was there I looked at engagement rings. Seeing that they were all around 15,000. I was looking and found a necklace to get for my anniversary gift. After getting at home and giving it to her the next day the necklace was lost. We did eventually find it and it had a broken clasp. I brought back to the store to be repaired or refunded. They said they could repair and about a week. I also said they would call me in a week and let me know. I waited about 10 days before I call they said it was not ready yet and they were waiting for parts. They said they would call me in a few days on a Tuesday and let me know. No phone call came I waited another week then I called again they said it was not done yet and that they would give me a call. I did after a few more days get a call and was able to come and pick the necklace up. Maybe being that I don't buy expensive jewelry often this is how it works. I expected different and I expected calls when told they were going to call. Might be just me and this is just how jewelry stores are. I was disappointing that it took three weeks.
