This shop has incredible service. I brought my grandfather's pocket watch (which hadn't been running for around 15 years.) And they fixed it in a reasonably timely fashion, and for a rather good price as well. It's been running beautifully since then, and I would recommend anybody who needs watch repairs to contact them. I will certainly be coming back for their beautiful watches; they sell as well. Thank you kindly.

I brought my ring in because it was missing a stone. They replaced the stone and assured me all other stones were checked and secured. For this I paid over $200. Three weeks later a different stone fell out. I called and explained and they said "bring it in, we will take care of it", mind you I was never provided a quote and so I assumed they were fixing their mistake of not securing all stones as promised. This was not the case when I went and picked it up as they expected payment. And when I was surprised by the mention of payment the guy said "We don't do this for free". After speaking with who I assume is the owner or manager he said he would do this, this one time as if it was a favor to me. Look I don't mind paying for services but if you expected me to pay from the get go you should have called me with an estimate which never occurred (it did occur the first time, which was even more reason I assumed they were correcting their mistake). Low and behold it has been maybe a month and the same stone they fixed last time (now the third stone) has fallen out! The exact stone they just replaced. I wont even bother bringing it back here. We usually like supporting local businesses which is why we originally chose this place but we no longer will and I can't recommend it.

Stopped in to get a watch battery replaced, and was amazed at how cool this little shop was! I almost bought a ring for my wife, but unfortunately it was too small and couldn’t be resized. The staff, without being pushy, let me know that they could craft a ring of similar design specifically for my wife, something I’ll probably take them up on in the near future.

Overall, this is an amazing little shop with wonderful folks! Definitely worth the visit.

Highly recommend Denig Jewelers! Took in my grandfather's old pocket watch that I knew nothing about. They took the time to show me how it worked and replaced the crystal for a reasonable price and quickly. It wasn't an expensive watch, but they understood that the value was sentimental. Thank you!

My husband purchased my wedding ring and band from them. A post broke off and I lost the diamond which was insured. I left it with them in the fall while I was in Florida for the winter. It took numerous calls and emails to get a written appraisal. I returned in the spring to get it repaired. Sent them an email and called them with a picture of my request for a new setting. No follow up from them so I went into the store and showed them the picture on my phone of what I wanted as a replacement to give me an estimate. After 3 weeks I gave up and picked up my ring. The only repair they completed was resizing my wedding band which broke about 6 months later. I was told by another jeweler that they stretched it and ruined it. Very dissatisfied.
