Came in about two weeks ago, I can’t remember the workers name but it was a very helpful man who seemed to be knowledgeable, helped me pick out a new flavor that I absolutely enjoyed, I look forward to coming here again.

Not helpful at all. Didn't know the cost of things and was looking for pipe tobacco so old you could hear it crunch.

Person helping couldn't even tell me if the size of the cigarette roller you had.

It says tobacco shop. The only tabacco they had was the pipe tabacco no cigarettes at all

Got harassed and threatened by Elizabeth’s friend who doesn’t even work there. Threatened to “talk outside” and wouldn’t allow Elizabeth who’s the actual worker to speak for herself because that was her “best friend”. I came in because I bought a vape from her a week ago that won’t hold charge and is malfunctioning. I was offered 50% off to buy another vape but was unable to even speak to Elizabeth due to her friend constantly threatening. It is very unprofessional to let people have their friends start fights with customers especially if they don’t even work at this establishment.
Definitely do not recommend it At all unless you want to get threatened and harassed by the staffs friends.

Go to another vape store where they can handle establishments correctly.
If I can have the owner to contact me since I was denied to be given the phone number to speak to Sonny directly, I’d appreciate it.
