Called to inquire about a car sitting on the lot, facing the street. Literally had cash in hand, ready to buy the vehicle based on the information provided.

“Bad motor, not for sale” and hung up.

Like… okay cool, but what if we wanted to look at something else?

Went in on a Saturday to look at a specific car, and had to physically knock on the door to get their attention, “salesman” acted like we were an inconvenience to him. We told him what car we wanted and what down payment we could do, we were then told “yeah we should be able to do that, come back Monday when finance is here.” Came back Monday and finance lady looked at us like we didn’t belong there and when asked about the specific car, responded with “Well what do you wanna know about it?” Said we were looking to finance with our down payment and got told no immediately. No sit down, no conversation, not “could you maybe do this down payment?” Just flat out no. Didn’t even give us a 60 second conversation. Will never go back and absolutely will not recommend to my worst enemy. Absolutely no customer service skills or effort whatsoever. Horrible experience.

My husband and myself purchased a cat from this place about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Our car broke down last night while we was driving on the high way. It’s started smoking and we had to end up getting it towed. It will not start and there is water in the oil which is a goner. The car is finished. I called because we got the car on March 12 and it’s April not, that’s not even a full 30 days. We told them the situation and they asked me “what do you expect us to do”? That was there response. They said we bought the car, and we must deal with the problem our selves. We were very kind when calling and didn’t even get angry, weird that they did. I hope this place get shut down or they learn how to handle there business correctly, they knew we had children, we’ve are shelling out 6,000 dollars for a lemon that they knew they were selling us.

They were very good to me. Stacey was very helpful and went out of her way to get me into a good vehicle. They were more than willing to work with me to get me into the car I wanted. I'll definitely be back and have sent anyone I know looking for a car straight up to them!

Im about to have a new baby in my family. and i was wanting
to purches a new car for my wife so it would be easier for her to take the baby to doctors appointments so i whent to d&d.i found a few cars at there lot i Wanted to look inside of a few cars and they wouldn't let me look inside with out them seeing my pay stubs place is sketchy to say the least with very poor customer service .
I would not recommend ?

Daughter wanted to look at a KIA Forte they have, so I called and got told the price 4900. Went by there today to test drive it, (with cash in hand). No one came out of the office so told my daughter to go ask for the keys, the lady refused to give them to her and tell me to come in instead. On top of that the price magically rose 2000 dollars to now be 6900.
