The store itself has great inventory to choose from and is well maintained. The attitude of the staff makes me regret the $300 I spent there today. Every year we have a family tradition where we take our 6 children to pick out an ornament. There just seems to be this undertone of low morale among the staff and they were not welcoming at all. At checkout I asked if I could have a second bag to separate some of the items I had purchased as gifts. The cashier acted irritated by my request. You never know what people are going through and times are tough right now for a lot of people. However, if you aren’t going to provide stellar customer service at your job…do yourself and everyone else a favor and take a mental health day. I was also informed if you forget your coupons at home, you aren’t able to come back for a receipt adjustment. Not a good way to keep customers wanting to come back IMO.

We ended up stopping at the Hallmark in Carmel on Greyhound Pass today and the staff there were incredibly upbeat and kind. They will be my first stop next year when taking our kids out for our family tradition.

Was sick but the website said curbside pick up so I went ahead and did a pick up order. I try to support local family owned businesses as much as possible. However, when the order was ready the email stated to call the store to confirm curbside hours. Called multiple times it simply rings and then disconnects.

Fingers great gifts for pickier friends and family. The staff at Brook School road great their customer's by name the manager Travis is a diamond of the store. He will make sure you enjoy your visit. A+ staff and environment.

One of the only local Hallmark stores after so many shut down years ago. Huge selection of unique gifts and Hallmark items. It's also one of the only places I can go to find Dept. 56 Village pieces displayed and for purchase anymore. I'm really thankful that we still have this one around.
