Necesitaba urgentemente una llanta nueva después de que un neumático reventó en la autopista. Afortunadamente me atendieron de manera inmediata y sin cita. We had an amazing experience and service at Cy and Charley's in Independence, Iowa. We saved $200 purchasing a set of four Michelin CrossClimate2 A/W. Ordered them Saturday late morning and they had them on Monday. Spouse too the SUV over this morning, no appointment required and was heading home 30 minutes later. Her exact comment was "I love this place!" Wow, my spouse loved a tire shop? Cy and Charley's are more than a tire store. They sell appliances as well. Looks like a new washer and drier maybe in our future. Give them a call for a quote and fast service.

Cy was amazing and fixed a tire that an unnamed dealership wouldn't and tried to say that I needed all new tires on a less than 6 month old car. All I had was a small puncture leak. This place deserves a gold star for service and sweetest gal at the front desk too. Will recommend to everyone going forward l. Thank you all so much for your thoughtful and kind business l. Keep up the amazing service.

Mixed reviews- 5 star purchase and delivery. The problem arose when we listed our home for sale and they shared our personal purchasing information with a potential buyer affecting our sale. They denied it even though the employees’ name and specifics were provided. We never received our appliance rebate either that they helped us file. Would recommend their appliances and install - just be aware.

These are the most generous people I have ever met, saved me on the interstate when I shredded a boat trailer tire (very large and heavy) .. On a Friday... AFTER 5 PM!
