Shelves are bare, radio blasting Ozzy Ozbourne (of all things) with a sign saying "Don't touch our radio," and what is available is way overpriced. We've come here for decades, rethinking this place and the lodge

Nice selection of tshirts. Even found one I had bought online, but in a prettier color than mine. Layout is much easier to shop than it used to be, merchandise not crowded. Cute Falls-themed items, and also regular home decor. Both employees I spoke with were friendly and helpful.

Selection limited on monogrammed items and most things pretty pricey. We regularly enjoy the gem dig thing but really just buying an expensive bag of dirt and putting it in water is not the most fulfilling experience. Just wish there was more interactive stuff to do but the falls are always beautiful along with the scenery and the staff has always been friendly.

Store was still about 5 minutes before closing hours. Knew what I wanted and lady working was standing at locked door looking out the window. Multiple other people also tried to get in. The closed sign said closed at 4 but the time was not yet 4.

Great little gift shop full of clothing and knicknacks themed after the falls. Concessions are available, along with an ice cream stand, and clean bathrooms.
