Great high quality quilting fabrics!! This store is responsive to customers needs, very helpful and friendly.
I was so impressed by the huge selection of fabric here. They have everything! The lighting is excellent, the displays are well organized and it's clean and inviting. Great parking out front, easy access.
Well worth the trip, they will have what you need. Highly recommend this charming store!

I was looking for something that wasn't on the shelf. The employee helping me asked the manager if he had any in the back. He immediately went back to look, found what I needed, and gave me an incredibly good price. I really appreciated the helpfulness in what I know is a busy holiday season. The staff went above and beyond to help. I will be back to shop there again!

Store was well organized and staff knew exactly where to take me to find what I was after. This is a small town Michael's only friendlier and actually cares about their customers. Cant wait till I need more craft supplies.

Not sure if it’s cause we aren’t local but the employees weren’t the friendliest here. The fabric counter was okay but Marie at the checkout was very rude. There was an issue with a marked price on an item. It was $1 more than all the exact same items from the same bin. Yes the color and shape was a little different but they were woven baskets so they won’t be identical. She was loudly telling other customers I was ridiculous for questioning the price and I wasn’t worth fighting over. Like really?! It wasn’t my fault and I proved it with others from the bin. Marie needs to check herself if she wants to work in customer service/retail.

I am a local customer and I often go to this store with my friends and usually it’s very hard to talk to the cashiers and the ladies working there due to their ever changing attitudes. The store itself is great! But their hospitality could use a little work

We went to see the tulips across the street. My 5 year old suddenly needed to use the restroom and couldn’t hold it much longer. The public restrooms were closed. This was the only nearby store open at the time, but they wouldn’t allow us to use theirs. They just shrugged and said, “not for public use, maybe a gas station somewhere.” Not very friendly or helpful.

Nice store with great variety in a downtown location. The store was neat and clearly well maintained. Every small and medium size town should have a store like this. Customer service was excellent also.
