I’m always impressed by their selection of dresses. Very stylish. If I need something quickly, this shop never disappoints. Do the employees fall all over themselves to greet me? No. Do I care? No. They have the best fashion in the area.

I am very confused by the reviews here. I have been in this store almost ever time I go to westport village. I love the styles, and it is not over stocked where I can not find stuff. Clothing is unique and fashionable. I don't care for sales people following me around and asking to help me find something so I am ok with someone staying at the counter and just allowing me to browse at my leisure. Love this store and so glad they continue to thrive!

This boutique has some of the cutest, unique clothes in Louisville! It is so beyond disappointing and just straight up confusing why the workers/owners are always so rude!!
They make you feel so unwelcome every single time.. like nothing I’ve ever experienced. It is almost comica, like they don’t want business and are bothered by people walking in! I still shop there because I don’t really think you need great customer service to buy clothes…. but the whole vibe just feels so uncomfortable when you’re in there! Truly a shame because of how much cute stuff they have! Looking at their reviews now.. looks like so many people have had similar experiences, so you would think they would make changes! Too cute of a store for such mean, unwelcoming customer service!

My daughter and I visited this store for the first time a couple of days ago and we will not return. We were just out exploring new areas and stores and while all of the boutiques in this shopping center were great, this one was not! Granted we were casually dressed in athleisure wear and messy buns, but that shouldn't matter. The employees at this store are very rude, judgmental and just unkind. We were not greeted upon entering nor the entire time we were there. I did find a pair of cute earrings I wanted to purchase and went to the counter with them. It took some time for the employee to come to the counter and wait on us. We were the only ones in the store at the time. She never spoke to us even during checkout. While I was checking out, someone else came in the store and the employee greeted her with kindness and told her to let her know if she could be of help. This person was very dressed up with jewels, dress clothes and perfect hair and makeup. I agree with all of the the poor reviews here and was not surprised to read the ones like mine. If I could give zero stars I would.

I love that there are so many boutiques in this small shopping area, but I would skip over this one if you want a positive and kind atmosphere. You may be okay if you are dressed well. I was there with my mom, enjoying a day of shopping. We were dressed in athleisure and never greeted or acknowledged. Someone else walked in after we had been there 5 minutes or so. They were immediately greeted in a friendly tone. I looked to see the new guest, and they were dressed very well. So many other stores had lovely people there. I would highly recommend Tunie’s! Everyone there was upbeat and kind, and the store is huge with a great selection.

I was told this store had a wide selection of Fascinators and Derby dresses. Since I will be driving from out of state, I reached out ahead of time to see if they had any fascinators in the colors that I needed. The person that answered the phone acted like she was bothered that I even reached out to them. As I was asking additional questions, she responded with “OK have a good day”…. I just said “OK thanks” and hung up “. I feel like there’s other local boutiques that would appreciate business more.

What an extremely poor representation of this area and Westport Village. I visited the shop today and was not approached by any of the 3 shop personnel. I watched and listened as I browsed the shop, they gossiped and were caddy. "just watch, I bet the next time we see her, she'll be..." I don't want to be more specific as I wouldn't want whomever they were speaking of to realize they were, it was not kind. 2 other (potential) customers were assisted while I circled the store twice with not one of them approaching me or gesturing from afar to see if I needed assistance. I will say, the other two customers in the shop at the time were dressed well, I was in joggers and a t-shirt. I am visiting from out-of-state to help my daughter (and husband along with their 3 yr old), she has had a tough, bedrest kind of pregnancy and finally delivered a healthy baby Saturday. They are well and I continue to help them, but that means sometimes you leave the house just the way you are with only an hour to find an outfit for a bridal shower back home next month and pick-up take-out. There was one dress that I was interested in, but didn't have the energy to even approach them for a fitting room. I did have fantastic luck with incredibly attentive and kind people at Tunies and Apricot Lane.

While they have a decent selection of jewelry and some other cute items, this store has some awful customer service. The last three times I have been in Westport Village, I have tried to give them another chance but am consistently presented with aloof and snotty attitude. There are always 2 to 3 girls standing around at the register and they act like they couldn't possibly be bothered to say hello when you enter or offer help of any kind - even though each time I have been the only customer in the store. The last time I visited, the mean girls at the counter were loudly gossiping about someone they all knew and it made me leave pretty quickly. I wonder how they stay in business with that kind of attitude.
