Took my grant grandma's diamond bronch in to have it looked at after my mom passed away not finding the appraisal until later, the old man told me that the diamond's were fake and gave me 250 dollars for it not even testing the diamond's, it even said 18kt on it, appraisal said it was worth over 15 thousand dollars, they are lucky I didn't get a lawyer and take them to court, I tried to get it back and they said they didn't know what I was talking about, lesson learned, I was still grieving over my mother, I wouldn't trust them and I have talked to others and they said they will take advantage of you if they can, oh someone told me I could have called the police, instead I put it in God's ✋!!!

Did an excellent job on a timely basis of replacing the crystal in a watch I’ve been wearing for 15 years. I will definitely use them again. Friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonable pricing for the work they did. I need to find time to go back and browse their watches as they have a large selection.

Best jeweler in the region! Very honest and knowledgeable. I am a collector of high-end watches and they have both bought and sold watches with me. Prices for watches I have purchased from them have been fair (actually a bit better than other dealers). They've also done light repair and appraisals for me at no cost ... who the heck does this in today's world 🙂

Very satisfied with my first time here. I wanted a birthday/Christmas gift for my mother and they had a beautiful necklace in the display with her birthstone surrounded by diamonds in 14k white gold. It was like it was just sitting there waiting for me. The sales professionals were very helpful but not pushy, which I really like. I came in 45 minutes before closing and they had the merchandise gift wrapped and ready for me to go out the door with 15 minutes to spare. Plus I got a great item only 5 minutes from home; support your local businesses! Can’t beat that. I have several watches I will bring back for repair later.

Stopped in to see how much it would cost to have a watch battery replaced. Figured that I would have to drop it off and come back later. Nope. The guy took it from me replaced my battery and less than 3 minutes and it only cost me $5. Incredible. Other visits have had similar outcomes, they always do exceptional work and terms of restoration repair. I never purchased jewelry here directly but prices seem to be fair and comparable. Don't go to some big box conglomerate jewelry store. This is the place to be.
