I came in directly from another jewelry store to get two band’s welded together into a ring guard. I had just paid for them to be removed from an engagement ring set. Each were cleaned, polished and rhodium plated (so I was told). Boy was I shocked to see the difference. I was told about a week to get the guard fixed. I got a call later that same afternoon that everything was done. My ring’s look like I just bought them for the first time! The staff was very accommodating and made sure I was completely happy before I even paid. I’ve been going to another jewelry store for year’s but have found who I’ll be doing business with from now on. It seriously was the best experience!

I went in for a custom ring for a stone I got from my boyfriend, and I worked with a lovely woman named Trinity. She was kind, friendly, personable and radiated pure energy as bright as sunshine! She took her time with me, made sure I was absolutely happy with my order and completely made sure to be upfront about prices and what things would end up being and what they would add up to and she went out of her way to make sure she was finding something within my budget. I haven’t received my order yet as it was just today I worked with her, but for customer service alone I wanted to give the highest review. Please seek out Trinity for your custom orders as I can tell she is passionate about it, alongside being someone who cares about the people she is helping.

Recently, had my wife's wedding set repaired and resized here after her diamond came out. During our initial visit they were incredibly caring and sympathetic to the situation. They also trusted and respected that my wife knew her ring size, which a previous jeweler had not. We got the set of rings back more quickly than they estimated and they look amazing! Overall, fantastic experience and will definitely be using them in the future.

The BEST jeweler I could have found, in house, super kind, and just amazing all around! I’ve been searching and searching for months and I came here back in October for questions, but with the cost of gold being a wallet eater it was hard to bite the bullet and resize my fiancés grandmothers ring instead of trading it in for a bigger size. They were so kind the first time I am SO happy we decided to come back to it, immediate tears came as soon as the woman put the ring on my finger, and it was even more beautiful than before!! I dropped it off at 9am and received a call it was finished by 4!!!!! And with 7 days before Christmas!!! I will be more than recommending this place to anyone looking for jewelry maintenance and just overall great quality of service!! God bless the amazing ladies working the counter and all the best to the wonderful jewelers who put the best work into my engagement ring 💕

Kristy is amazing! I came in with 3 watches that needed resizing and 4 that needed new batteries! She was extremely kind and helpful, and made sure that each watch fit perfectly on my wrist. She very careful and precise. I brought in many watches and she was amazing!

Went in the past Saturday with an idea I had of taking my jeweled fraternity badge and my great grandfathers wedding band and making a one of a kind ring for my wife. Hayley listened carefully as to what I was asking and told me that that she would have Andrew take a look at it and get with me the first part of the week to let me know if it was even able to be done and a price if he could. I received a call Tuesday afternoon and Hayley said he could do it and gave me my quote. I knew with it being a week out from Christmas, I probably wouldn’t get it back in time for Christmas, which I was definitely ok with. Well, yesterday before lunch, I get the call that Andrew finished my wife’s ring. I went to pick it up and Andrew made it look like a million bucks!!!! I will never, EVER go anywhere else for my jewelry repairs and purchases! The price was right, along with FAST, friendly service with a family atmosphere!!!
