Clarks is always my go to Jeweler for repairs. I also like their unique gifts. For an example I went to buy a bracelet there and ended up getting a charm as well that is my Great Nephews actual finger print and it didn't take long to get either. The staff there is always so pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

Poor Customer Service. Ask for a repair/adjustment on a bracelet, but, because it wasn’t purchased there, they didn’t want to fix it, and told me it would be at least 4 weeks. I am willing to be on an waitlist, but they didn’t even make me an appointment or get my information… What the did do… They made sure I won’t be buying any future jewelry from them, and definitely not recommending them.
Editing for your response: if you were half as informative on the call, I would have dropped it off. When I said I didn’t buy it there, the attitude changed. Your rudeness is also being exposed in your response. “Facts”. I never stated or insinuated I couldn’t wait. It’s even in my complaint I would wait! You could have even said, sorry for the confusion and misunderstanding, if you’re willing to wait, bring it in. At this point, another Jeweler… K… in the area, was very nice and informative, they are taking care of the issue!

I walked into a packed store…Chad came around from the back to help me. He was very friendly and kind and patient with me. He gave me all the information I needed, and then some. I am to pick up my order in about 4 weeks, so I will adjust my review then, if necessary, but…I truly enjoyed my visit and will recommend them to everyone I know as of right now!

Clark Jewelers are a family owned Jewelry Store . They maintain an excellent inventory. In addition, Clark’s Jewelers will import an item you may be interested in with-in a day or two if one has a particular item in mind. Clark Jewelry has repaired many items of gold for me. I would recommend Clark Jewelers to anyone looking for friendly service, their knowledge of jewelry and the finest quality of repair craftsmanship.
