Very poor customer service. Charged me $350 to rebuild prongs, size and set new diamond in my deceased mothers wedding rings which are very precious to me. Was told one week, he would call when done. It's been 14 business days I haven't heard anything. Called twice no answer and got message saying text to a certain number. I have texted 3 times to which I haven't received an answer back to. It would be nice to know the status of my rings. UPDATE: Sorry for your depression, I will be praying for you. I give you 5 stars for making it up to me by doing a beautiful job of repairing my rings. Thank you so very much.

If you need jewelry repaired, bring it here! The stone in my ring was previously reset with dirt under it by a different jeweler, so it looked cloudy. Christopher cleaned and repaired it, and it looks even better than new—shiny and crystal clear! It was ready to be picked up earlier than expected, which was just an added bonus. I also had links removed from a new watch and a battery replaced in an old one, both of which he did the day I brought them in.

He is clearly very talented, offers great customer service and fair prices, and finishes your jewelry in a timely manner. This is the only place I’ll go from now on!
