Loved this place! I wish I had gotten the names of the older lady, & young woman that helped us, they had such personality and were friendly upon entry, being greeted by the young woman with a smile and Toffee sample. She even took the time to compliment my shirt and asked to see my cats when she learned of them. The Older lady was very suggestive and helpful with ideas to purchase as we wanted some sugar joy for our mouths! The store connected is also SO adorable! Even if just peeking around you will see some really fun items. I’m so glad I made it a point to stop by here during my trip in Texas! This state is quickly influencing me with how genuinely kind people are here. We just don’t have that in Western Washington.

Choccolatte’s has been a beloved part of my family’s Christmas tradition for years. Every holiday season, we go far out of our way—hours out of the way, in fact—just to stop in and buy their toffee. It’s something we genuinely look forward to all year, a little treat that brightens the season.

But this year, I left heartbroken. Despite seeing piles of fresh toffee behind the counter, we were told they wouldn’t sell us any. They explained that they were reserving all of it for corporate orders. We shared how much this tradition means to us, how far we’d come to keep it alive, and even asked if they could sell us just a small amount. But the answer was still no.

What made this even harder to accept was that the owner was informed of the situation and still chose not to help. I rarely write negative reviews, and this is my first-ever one-star review of a small business. I don’t take that lightly—I know how hard small businesses work, and I tried to avoid it. But this experience left me so hurt and disappointed that I feel others should know.

If you’re planning to visit Choccolatte’s for their toffee, be aware that they may not sell it to you at all, no matter how loyal a customer you are.

I was having a tough week and had been so looking forward to this special part of our holiday tradition. Instead, I left empty-handed and deeply disappointed. The lack of care for loyal customers in favor of corporate orders was appalling. Unfortunately, after years of loving this tradition, I won’t be coming back.

Carries Orleans candles and other scent holders. Love anything Orleans and saves on shipping costs when buying local. Shop is eclectic and has coffees and sweets. People are great and friendly too!

I live out of state and definitely going to order some
If your ever in Marble Falls , TX you should definitely stop by they have gift items and lots of goods 😉

I came from India for a visit & my friend brought me here to have gelato. This is the first time I'm having it& I must admit pecan whitish cottage gelato was really amazing -- something I never had before.

OMG !!! the best chocolate toffee I have ever had in my 64 years of life. the bonus being this is a product made and sold right here in Texas. got it as a gift and I am rationing the best I can, as I may never have any more ! THANK YOU !!!

Staff was super nice. Apologized for taking a bit to get us a sample even though they were super busy. Reeses peanut butter ice cream affogato was delicious. Pecan toffee was amazing. Will definitely be back.

i was so surprised that a small town like marble falls texas have their own delicious homemade chocolate house!!! we went there around 10 in the morning and we are lucky to see how they make their chocolates... the place was pretty cozy and the ambience of the place is warm and welcoming... people were friendly and very accommodating!!! must try their pecan english toffee so yummy!!!
