I stopped by Cathy 's Florals & Gifts for a funeral arrangement for my grandson. Cathy persuaded me to go with an arrangement (Beautiful in Blue), a blue vase with blue hydrangeas, etc. I was very embarrassed when I saw them. Ugly. Not like the picture I was shown.The hydrangea was dead, pedals gone from the iris, other flowers wilted. The card was disgraceful. Heartache was spelled wrong, and grandpa and grandma names were reversed. When I call Cathy's Floral the lady made excuses. She said the arrangement was delivered the day before as requested by the Church. Really! No other flowers delivered were dead and wilted. For $82.00 I expected better. The lady said Cathy would call me. She has not in over a week later. Not even for an apology. Don't let this happen to you.

Cathy did an amazing job with my wedding bouquets/boutonnières . The colors were exactly what I was looking for and she made sure to compare to my bridesmaids/groomsmen attire to ensure nothing clashed. Everything was perfect!

Cathy went above and beyond to help me out today. I forgot to order a corsage in advance for an event and called her 10 minutes before she closed. She was so kind and helpful, she arranged a beautiful corsage and even stayed open after hours so I could make it to her store to pick it up. I will definitely be back when I have floral needs.
