I was extremely stressed out today. I had bought a really nice flip screen radio and was trying to hook it up, but could not figure it out on my own. Car tunes was nice enough to pencil me in the same day for installation. This meant the world to me because I only get 1 day off from work. Was nice and polite. Even watched nextflix for the short wait. Would highly recommend ?

Price wasn't bad. Close to msrp online from what I noticed. I would never have spend a penny of mine there if I knew what I do now after my purchase. Custom service.. or lack of.. not helpful at all and actually felt less than from there smart- glass remark. If a place gets my business, I like to feel welcome and appreciated. Respect goes a long way. Sorry I bothered yall that day, being a audio shop that's a place of business I thought I would be welcomed and took care of so I would come back. 2 yrs ago and still haven't been back and still get upset about it.

Thank you all so much!!! Cartunes is awesome. Brought in our 2014 Nissan Versa today because When I was upgrading the radio to another factory RDS enabled radio I somehow Accidently pulled One of the ground pin wires from the Antenna power plug. Needless to say I tried to put it back on as best I could the radio still worked but I could not receive any am or FM stations the radio band was all fuzz. I did not know what to do so I came here and these people got the radio fixed put out a new plug for me and everything now my music is back rocking and rolling. Thank you again Cartunes You did an amazing job and I will recommend you to other people and I know if I ever need anything else how deffinately come back and see you

At this point Cartunes is a Danville staple - the city just wouldn't feel the same without it.

They did a great job installing the remote start and we're friendly. Went back to see about more accessories to be added on my truck and they never called me with costs. I had to go elsewhere for the other items I wanted., but I did like the service when they installed the remote start and would recommend them to orhers.

We have used CarTunes for our pontoon boat twice. Once to rewire all of the electrical and to install a new sound system. The owner went far above and beyond expectations to provide extraordinary customer service while upgrading a skippy stock Ram ProMaster radio to a NASA grade sound system. Also installed a state of the art security system that didn't break the bank. I encountered an awesome disposition, and met a really nice family. Overall, a great experience, highly recommend and I will be doing business here again. Thank You!
