I usually buy auto parts in Lafayette since I work there.

But when I am working on something and need a part right away, I can always stop in here and they are always very helpful and friendly.

Recently my Wife's Terrain had a headlight bulb burn out. I was in a hurry to get it replaced for her, and discovered that I didn't have an extra bulb at home.

I ran there and they had what I needed and helped me right away.

When I checked out, we discovered that my card didn't have enough money on it to cover the cost.

I had to run home to get cash, and they kept my parts out and were kind and courteous and were patient.

I really appreciated that! It was embarrassing enough to have that kind of issue, when I knew I had the money. We got it quickly resolved and they didn't make a thing out of it like many businesses would/do in this day and age.

Good guys and respectful, and they understand that if you take care of folks, they become regular customers, not just 1 time business! Good plan!!?
