Bought battery and watch band several months ago, waited 2 months for order. Back of watch fell off, not attached properly; battery fell out, couldn't put back in. Part of spring broke off. Said it worked when I left. Would not help. Very rude. Will not return

Great place! They know what they are talking about. Service can't be beat by any big box store. They helped me design my one of a kind wedding ring that I still complimented on 9 years later!

All ways go there for any of my jewelry needs. For new or used. They are great at fixing any repairs you may need. Go check them out. PS if you like horses they have really nice house items.

It was a pleasure to work with Tony! He went above and beyond and I couldn't say enough positive things. He stayed late at night to finish our custom rings before I was sent out of town for work. For any future jewelry, we will definitely be heading back to Caporale's as well as recommending them to all our family and friends.

Took my fiance in there to get her finger sized and asked about the price ...He asked me what kind of ring and I told him and where I got it ....He was talking down about the ring bc it came from Zales ....That's how u lose a customer ....Poor customer service

Custom rings the way you want it. Better prices than the big box stores. Treat customers very well. Never any pressure.
