Esta ha sido mi primer compra por un monto importante en USA a través de Ebay. La elección del Vendedor, BuyAutoParts no pudo resultar mejor, así como la elección por parte de ellos de UPS como encargada del envío a mi domicilio. Facilitaron enormemente la tramitación aduanera y el Compresor adquirido llegó a la puerta de mi Casa hoy a las 13 hs. en perfecto estado. He quedado muy satisfecho y agradecido por el servicio que me han brindado y también muy conforme con el ahorro obtenido por elegir a BuyAutoParts para esta compra. Sin dudas, cuando necesite algún repuesto acudiré nuevamente a este Vendedor.

I ordered merchandise from them and the packaging was bad. All the parts was damaged and unprotected for shipping!
When I contact them they forward me to email then kept send me reply contact with customer service. I lost money and I advise YOU don't buy from them they will not contact you even if they promise and if there is any issue with your order they will not take care at all. Their target is takes money from people

I called customer service today at 9:45 AM PST to request replacement parts. I was told by a representative named Mica (also spoke to her 2 days ago and on Aug 8th) that replacement parts were no longer an option. When I requested to speak with a supervisor to escalate the issue, my request was denied. I would like to resolve this matter and receive the necessary replacement parts. It’s not my fault the parts arrive damaged. The packaging is not strong enough for item sent. And the control arm with the missing ball joint is not being checked before shipping it out. Item 93-00485 AN says "New Control Arm w/Ball Joint"

BAP: A Nightmare of Damaged Parts and Terrible Customer Service

I recently ordered 5 car parts from BAP and it turned into a complete disaster. The parts arrived damaged and missing components. To return the items, BAP instructed me to wait for UPS to contact me for pickup, which is incorrect. UPS requires individual return labels for each box. Despite multiple attempts to explain this, BAP insisted UPS was wrong and only provided one label for all five boxes.

After three failed replacement attempts, BAP refused to replace the parts again. Their customer service is appalling. I was unable to speak to a supervisor despite multiple requests. I asked for the supervisor to call me back, never got a callback from a supervisor. For a company claiming 30+ years in business, their return process is shockingly incompetent. Buyer beware! The last picture is a sealed package of a control arm with missing ball joint.

I ordered a steering box for my Jeep Wrangler. The price seemed great compared to other buying options. It arrived surprisingly fast and was a perfect fit. I will definitely order from BAP the next time I need auto parts.

I returned parts that I had ordered and now I can't get enough information about my refund. I have checked what Jo and Nikka (customer service workers) said, but it is not showing up to me! Then neither of these 2 people would answer my calls back or try to help me any kind of the way. They're working from home and don't care whether I get taken care or not! I need somebody to get better service and my refund! HELP!!!
