I came in this morning to have my GS SBGX 265's bracelet reattached and adjusted. Despite not having purchased the watch from Burdeen's, Evan took fantastic care of us. I have a hard to fit wrist and after a couple tries, he must have worked some magic with the links; the watch now fits perfectly. He helped her find the watch I wanted and she said he was very kind and helpful to her. After receiving the watch, I came in to see Roberto to have it sized and instruct me about its functions. I recently purchased a watch from Burdeen's. I bought it online, as I live in another state, and that particular watch is hard to find. I was initially reluctant because this was an expensive purchase from a company I'd not interacted with before, and I wouldn't have the ability to inspect the watch prior to receiving it. But they had good reviews online so I was open to exploring further.

I reached out and heard back from Kevin Greigel, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and responsive. He answered all of my questions and provided extra information, such as additional photos and the test results related to the watch's movement. This got me comfortable moving forward with the purchase. The watch arrived the day after I purchased it, and it was well-packaged. Kevin reached out that morning to let me know when it was expected to arrive and then followed up that afternoon to ensure I received it, which was great service and something I appreciated.

Overall, it was a great experience, and it will definitely not be the last time I buy from Burdeen's.
