I placed an order for the first time after sending her a message to see if they ship.
The response time for a reply was unbelievable! What I ordered were 2 shirts that were on sale and a very good deal. The checkout was smooth and easy. I just received my package yesterday. Love my shirts, along with a sweet thank you card and a bonus, beautiful pair of pretty, glittery blue earrings as a thank you for shopping with them. I will shop again. Very impressed! Today I placed an order for the first time. Excited about ordering a pair of boots. I received an email after I paid stating that I had checked out as local pick up and she wanted to charge an additional 5.00 for shipping. I stated that I ordered the boots through shop pay but I paid the full amount on my debit card and my receipt showed free shipping. She requested a photo. I sent her one and she stated that it was blurry, She requested a clearer photo so I went on the shop website and got the photo of the clear receipt that actually showed the cost of the item and my shop rewards that I had earned from a previous purchase( not sure how that works for merchants as they show the merchants get that shop cash as payment ) and tax, then free shipping clearly marked on the receipt. The next thing I know I receive an email stating my order was cancelled and have a nice day. I was very upset because I am a new customer and they cancelled the order without an opportunity to say hey they made a mistake or you know what I will take care of it. It was 5.00 as a merchant you rather lose a sale and new customer? Really? I did email to ask why it was cancelled. But no response was received before I received this review.

I do not recommend this store at all because the poor service I just received is enough to say I do not want to do business with you. Good luck to you as you could have had a loyal shopper as I am a boutique shopper as are many of my friends.

Beware of poor services shop elsewhere! Freckled Poppy , Discount Divas, Filly Flair Boutique, and Sprinkle Your Day Boutique! You will have competitive prices, choices, and by far better customer service than what was given here! I can't post the photo because my shipping address is on here otherwise I would .
