Great to work with. Was very happy with the design process and the final result. Not a pushy salesman, and final price seemed very reasonable for a custom piece. Would return for any other jewelry needs! He gets busy quick around holidays, so if you want something for a special day, get ahold of him asap!

Brad is amazing! I dealt in jewelry for a number of years. If I ever wanted something done well and reasonably, Brad is the man. Brad says he's retiring... I say well done.

Me and my fiance had to get three rings resized, (engagement ring, and our two wedding bands) it only took about 10 days to do so and it was super affordable! Friendly staff, and super good work! You can't tell that the rings have been altered at all. Very quick service, and seems like a very secure place!

Very nice experience, took 2 watches in for Batteries, replaced one , and Brad told me he wasn't sure if they still made the type of Battery I needed for the other watch , but he would try and and locate one and he was able to find one, very reasonable in pricing as well!

Brad is such a nice person! He doesn’t try to upsell you at all. He truly cared about giving us the correct service when my fiancé and I were decent what to do with our ring. We ended up getting it resized and plated but had to return to resize it again. He gave us a heavy discount when we returned. Incredibly kind for him to do that. Would recommend anyone to go to him for any services.
