I came in kind of late, about 5pm on a Monday. The sellsman, Arthur, was super helpful. I already knew what I wanted, so he took me to look at it, went over a few features and we immediately went back and made a deal. Less than 45 minutes start to finish. Very good experience

Thanks to the service dept for NOT coming out from behind the mobile phone, NOT attempting to address my emergency issues while traveling from out of town and NOT simply discussing any issues before stating I must have an appointment or leave my vehicle until can be checked- not all issues require an appointment and this is the FIRST GM dealership I have encountered that does not at least perform scan to determine if any issues are to be considered an emergency repair.
My check engine light turned out to be from a low antifreeze alert and did not require an appointment or mechanics opinion to address this simple remedy.

This dealership was worth the 7.5 drive 1 way from our home north of Dallas, Texas to buy our daughters Trailblazer. Her vehicle was totaled the week before, so we were in a crunch to find a new car as she is at college. My wife contacted the dealership and spoke with Arthur. Arthur did not try to upsale or add anything on. He also knew out time was valuable and treated us as valued customers. He went above and beyond the night before on that call getting the pre-approval process completed. This all took about 30 minutes. When we showed up around noon the next day we were in and driving the vehicle another 7.5 hours to College Station, TX to our daughter in 30 minutes. 30 minutes is all it took to buy the car, sign financing paperwork and take possession. Brenden was wonderful in finance having all paperwork ready for us to sign when we walked in. He did not try to upsale us on extended warranties, maintenance plans, etc. Plus they were all down to earth and knowledgeable people who took genuine interest in us. This was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. It was worth the 1100 miles we drove that day. We would do it again for the amazing customer service, employees, and customer driven process. The way car buying should be. No trying to add on, upsale or get more money out of us. Again, it is worth the drive or call to see what Arthur and Brenden can do for you at Bill Hood Chevy in Amite, LA. We will be back and gladly make the 15 hour round trip drive again to buy from Arthur. Gold medal customer service and care all around!!
