I was so impressed with the staff at Big Tex during a recent trailer repair. Everyone I talked with was kind and knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable, which was a breath of fresh air. Vanessa in repairs was an absolute rockstar. She fixed every problem quickly and professionally, and she didn’t try to sell me unnecessary items. I don’t have enough good things to say about Big Tex, specifically Kelly Gaines. She went above and beyond to help get me into something new. Had an idea of what I wanted, and she brought it to life. I was about to drive to Dallas to get the “best deal” possible and little did I know Big Tex right here in Beaumont was priced super competitively. I will be doing all my shopping here from now on.
