I want to say how in love I am with my new Veranda from Bent’s RV. Joseph showed it to me & I knew it was the one. Joseph is such a great salesman with so much knowledge in the product & confidence in his ability to find out what you’re looking for in a camper & make it happen. Joseph is a great asset to the company. Nikki is amazing with the paperwork & explaining things & organizing the details. She made sure I had everything needed to keep good maintenance on the vehicle, with ease. Bryce did the walk through & showed me all I would need to know. I was very impressed with the work ethic & pride this young man takes in his work. Art delivered it to my home & worked with me until it was parked exactly as I wanted. Staff was extremely friendly. Enjoyed working with the guys there to get me setup with my new camper. They were accommodating of all my needs and gave me a nice overview of the camper I’d purchased to ensure I understood all the features and components. I felt like I got a decent deal. Would purchase from them again!

Very pleased with the purchase and services at this establishment .. we did have a few things we had to get fixed w our camper though they did fix the problem in a timely manner ..the inside workers are very nice polite and helpful Kate (sales) was always happy kind and helpful honest and Stephanie (sales ,parts manager) was very nice kind happy as well ..went above and beyond to help us .. thank you soo much I would recommend Bents rv ..

I came in to purchase a RV from Bents in Albany and my experience with the sales team was amazing. Nikki and Johnny were there to assist with any questions or concerns I had regarding my purchase being that this was my 1st RV. They were patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Great customer service. Every visit was welcoming. If there was a concern, a it was resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend Bents in Albany to anyone looking to purchase a RV!

We went in to Bents looking to purchase our first camper. We definitely picked the right place. We had several we wanted to look at . Everyone was very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful even served us food while we were there. The buying process was laid out well and everything explained in detail . No hassle what so ever. Honestly one of the easiest processes i have ever had . Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the market to purchase a Camper or Rv.

From the sales man Matt to the finance manager Steven they all were wonderful. Matt never showed us a camper outside what we were asking and was very helpful with our million questions as we are new to camping. Thank you for being patient and answering all our concerns. I will never do business with any other camper/RV place. When we upgrade our camper we will be back! One last thing they actually walk you through the camper once you purchase it and make sure you know how to operate it. They even sat with my husband in the truck to make sure we knew how to back it up and did a few practice rounds with us in their drive way.
