My family has been going to Bella Cosa for over 25 years for all our jewelry and the customer service has always been incredible! Joe and Amy, the owners, are so friendly and always have a smile on their face. You can tell they really care about their customers. My husband and I work with Samantha and recently Mary too. Both women are so helpful and kind! They really treat you like family here! I 100% trust this jeweler and never once have had an issue with them. If you are looking for a jeweler that knows that they are doing, Bella Cosa is the place to go!

I needed to sell some excess jewelry and was always told by family to go to Bella Cosa Jewelers. I called to see if I needed to make an appointment for this sale as I knew it would take some time. I had the great fortune to speak with Mary and she was so kind and fun to talk with! She told me "No problem!" and gave me a time to come in. When I arrived, Mary was busy assisting another client, but fortune didn't fail me as I met Samantha, who had free time to help me negotiate the unknown land of "jewelry separation". Samantha made me feel like I'd been with Bella Cosa all my life and made me feel like family! Fun, laughter, and learning followed! Also, when Mary was free, she came over to assist Samantha and to greet me. I have never felt such friendship and camaraderie like this in any store! Samantha and Mary both made my experience such a positive one! I feel I have friends for life and, if I need to sell other items, Bella Cosa is the ONLY store I will go to!! They are honest and trustworthy, and I am proud to give them the highest rating a customer can give - my referral and my business!

Julie helped my fiancé narrow down and customize my dream engagement ring. She helped my now husband pick the most gorgeous engagement ring. This was my second time using Bella Cosa Jewelers. Julie is fantastic! I was looking to have my mom and grandma’s jewelry looked at to confirm what everything is. She looked at everything and was very knowledgeable. She even had my jewelry cleaned. I also purchased jewelry for my daughters . Julie was super patient and listened to what I was trying yo achieve for a purchase. I would definitely recommend this jewelry store. Definitely coming back!

This is our 6th year we have traveled from NY to the Chicago area to buy our jewelry at Bella Cosa Jewelers and we couldn’t be happier!
