Diane and her team of professional installers did a complete demo and replacement of approximately 6,000 SF of tile in a very expedient manner and the quality of work is perfect. Diane was very knowledgable and responsive to all of our needs and her team worked flawlessly with our staff allowing us to seamlessly operate while they were doing their work. I strongly recommend them for all of your flooring needs.

Had hardwood floor installed. The workers did a good job. Joey was especially skilled at his craft. Installation took just two days and came out very good.

Their selection of hardwood seemed better to me than the competition.

We paid for flooring, baseboards and quarter rounds to be replaced in both bathrooms. In addition they were to replace a base board and quarter round on the wall of my bedroom. The floors were nicely done but the workers did not replace all baseboards and quarter rounds. They instead used caulking and paint. This is unacceptable work.
We paid for a complete replacement of everything before they even started the job. This was discussed and included when a gentleman came out and gave us an estimate. When my husband called to find out why everything wasn't done, he was told that the estimate didn't include replacement of baseboards and quarter rounds. The wall in my bedroom wasn't even touched. I am extremely disappointed in this company, and would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from there and trust them to do any flooring. Also, we're in a Coronavirus pandemic and the workers disrespected us by not wearing masks, or even asking for one. If things are resolved with this company, then I will update my review. For now my suggestion is that you find somewhere else to shop for flooring.

I have to echo a prior review. I dared to ask a question and because he didn't know the answer his reply was quite rude, telling me with attitude to count the different faces of tile on a portion of floor myself. Good grief, it is well known that to get a realistic wood look with tile you need as many "faces" as possible. A female superior was called out and she was arrogant and had no answers. I felt I was inconveniencing them so we left and will never purchase here. I guess they don't need the business. Or perhaps, as with others these days, treating people well isn't necessary with all the business Harvey has thrown their way.

We are having vynyl laminate flooring installed and the installer Joey is a excellent craftsman. He seem to take pride in his work. So far we think the floors look great.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. My mom went to buy 18k worth of floors, and the amount of annoyance and unprofessionalsm that she exudes is disturbing for such a successful small business owner. She would not look, speak, or directly converse. I normally do not write negative reviews, but this one is necessary. When someone gets so prideful that that treat humans with a level of disgust is appalling.

Needless to say, we will never purchase or occupy this place of business.
