I needed an invoice from a sale 5 years ago for a warranty issue with my LG refrigerator. I left a message at 8:15am (before they opened) and had a copy of the invoice faxed to me by 8:27am. Not only was I shocked they actually still had it, but that they found it so quickly and got it to me before they even opened for the day. I was impressed.

We purchased a couch and loveseat that we loved this week. Bauman’s couldn’t have been any nicer to deal with and offered us a better price. Their delivery men were extremely professional , careful with the furniture and a delight to talk too. Thank you Annie, Austin, Dale and staff. ❤️

I went in to see what they have. Big store. Prices seem high. I was only customer but 5 different sales people approached me throughout store. What I did not like was 2 of sales people did not wear masks and still approached me. I was wearing a mask. Not happy about that at all. I will probably return with my wife but non mask wearing sales people better stay away from us as that would be right thing to do.

Bought a couch and recliner for more than I should have paid, and before it was two years old, the recliner fell apart and no longer worked. The couch did not hold up well at all. Will NEVER buy from them again!!! ?

First time here but definitely not the last. We were looking for a recliner and they had an enormous selection. Very friendly and attentive staff. Made our decision and brought it home with us. Could have had it delivered as well.
