Love all the different things that you can get for the house and yourself or your man. I got 4 different kinds of lip treatment, the water lily springs fine fragrance mist which I love the scent, and I got the Himalayan Oasis body wash + foam bath that I will be trying very soon. Love the scent though.

I’m happy that L Brands didn’t close the Mason City location, but their new location is something to be desired. The staff and products are there, with great personnel and a bountiful array of merchandise, but how it’s presented is the flaw.

L Brands didn’t spend any time at all constructing their new location to be inviting. The new location is in the former Christopher & Banks, and it’s obvious. Corporate should have had the Christopher & Banks logo sandblasted, or even painted over, prior to installation of their logo. Instead, you can see the labelscar, and it looks gaudy. And the signage doesn’t even light up, nor is it provided any light shone on the logo at night.

The interior is quite large, which is actually pleasant, but you don’t get that ambience that you’re in a Bath & Body Works. It’s cheap. They even brought over the counter from their previous location. It’s not fresh, modern or new. It feels like a temporary location. I know the mall is on its way out, and they wanted to take action to keep their location going, and yes, I’m aware that it’s not a high volume store, but zero preparation went into the the cosmetic appeal to the new location. It’s saddening.

I hope they see this, and will renovate the space to make it appealing!

Super Friendly Staff here. I remember this store brand being in Southbridge Mall until November 2022 when they moved to here. There is a sale as of writing this review where you buy 3 things and you 1 free. The lighting is not a problem at all. I hope this place continues to be a good place to shop. -Shy_Gun670

The new place is very clean and spacious which made the atmosphere very welcoming. There was some workers on their phones which made me not want to ask then a question. Overall, it is very nice.

Used to work here over the holidays. Loved it! All my money went right back to the store. I don’t shop there as much as I used to. Kind of like the old originals better but still like this store.
