Last night ordered two sundaes. 1 reeces layered 1 classic 2 scoop. Got a 1 scoop Sunday and a 2 scoop Reese's toppings were okay. Tonight ordered a 2 scoop Sunday and a cookie dough layered. 2 scoop again had 1 scoop in it. The cookie dough layered also only had 1 scoop in it. The bottom of the cup was full of cookie dough prices mixed with fudge... They put a scoop of ice cream on top made it look okay but.... Two nights in a row?! In my opinion That's not a mistake it's just dishonest. I won't be back. I'll be recommending others avoid being cheated as well.

This has always been a very good Baskin Robbins. My favorite is Rocky Road or Jamoca Almond Fudge scoops on a sugar cone. I love ice cream that actually melts in the heat of July. I normally have it dripping down the front if my shirt. Yummy! ?

First thing was I stepped on a scoop of ice cream left in middle of floor. Second no greeting of any kind waited 10 mins and not one of girls asked my order. This is unacceptable and.i will be taking this further up the chain of command!!!!!

Went there today. Patiently waited for my order to be taken while the the lady who seemed to be alone in the store handled some drive thru orders. My daughter was sitting at a table and I was standing near my daughter waiting to order as we were right next to the counter. 3 gentlemen came through the door and walked up to the counter and I assumed the lady would politely tell the customers who just walked in she’d be right with them and take care of our order. With no integrity she took the orders of the three gentlemen. I felt disrespected and left.

Some of the staff here are incredibly rude. The staff member at the counter was talking to her friends across the counter (who didn’t work there) and ignored my sister and I. Another person was putting more ice cream out. We were the only people inside the store. We waited about 10 minutes and didn’t think anything of it until we politely said we were ready to order. The girl putting out ice cream pretended she didn’t didn’t hear us (we were literally right across from her), and walked to the back. The girl talking to her friends rolled her eyes and said she’d be there in a minute and continued to talk to her friends. It was about another 5 minutes, so it was pretty awkward just standing there. Whenever the girl stopped talking and finally helped us, she had an attitude the entire time. We said thank you, and started to walk toward the door. More people came in and the same girl happily greeted the group coming in. Her attitude sort of flipped. I’m not sure what my sister and I did other than walk in the door, so it was weird. The ice cream is good (that’s hard to mess up). However, those 2 staff members were very rude and I don’t really go here anymore.
