The front desk person greeted me right away. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the environment was cozy with lots of items to look at and chose from. Some items were fairly expensive while others were very inexpensively priced. Enjoyed my visit!

I just called to ask if they were hiring. The man who answered the phone was hateful. I called and he answered I said in a nice tone “hi are you guys hiring?” He had an attitude and blew at me for no reason. Then I repeated what I said in case maybe he didn’t hear and he said again with an attitude no we’re not. And I said okay thank you have a nice day and he hung up. I personally think if you’re working at a public place maybe have a friendly tone on the phone and the store would attract more people. Not many people wanna come to a store and bring there kids if they call over the phone and get greeted rudely.

Not actually open at 10am on Saturday. Employee was there. He seemed like he was hiding as we walked up to the door.

As l was shopping, l placed all items in a designated area on the sales counter ( as instructed by another sales clerk) and l continue to shop. Upon checking out ( 10 + items including tables lamps etc.) the man that checked me out at the register was rude and grumpy; and became frustrated with me because l decided not to purchase one of the items. He chastised me by stating " I shouldn't have placed it in the pile, because he had previously began removing the tags". I was stunned and surprised at his obvious frustration with me. I told him that it was POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and unprofessional. I will NOT shop in this store again.

I stopped in today for the first time, what a nice store. All of the merchandise is clean and displayed nicely. The store itself is very clean and organized. I thought the prices were very reasonable and was thrilled with the three items I bought. This will definitely be a place that I will check every time I go to Glasgow, worth the trip.

Refused to get a table from the back for me bc “it’s not rotation day” as if this is a strict corporation. Ridiculous

Reply to response : This 100% happened here on Saturday, February 4th around 11am. I drove from Bowling Green & after this experience, I sat in the parking lot for another 30 mins while the owner of the item (Loretta - who listed it on FB Marketplace) came and took it back so I could purchase it from her instead of your store. You lost a sale that day bc of a blonde lady who didn’t want to deal with me. Poor rebuttal on your end. AN APOLOGY IS MORE APPROPRIATE. Please train yourself & your staff better on customer service & we all win 🙂

The lack of maturity & name calling from this establishment is baffling. A 90s couch for $300+ is a slap in the face to the community. No one should go here. EVER.

As I Went In, The Sign On Door Said Prices Were Firm Because They Felt They Were Already Fair Priced (that is NOT verbatim). They Do Have A Diverce Selection, Most Of Which I Felt WERE Too Highly Priced. The Store Was Clean & The Employee Was Very Friendly &
Helpful. Honestly, The Only Drawback, IMO, Is The Pricing. Will I Go Back? More Than Likely I Will Because Of Their Diverse Seletions... Happy Shopping!!
