I was in dire straits. My business computer wasn’t working for no apparent reason. I wasn’t sure what to do. I called B.E. and John and Steve were able to get it fixed same day and I’m able to keep our business going. Thankful for a local company like this with great customer service.

Took my nearly 2k laptop in for a misaligned fan, estimated a week to fix it. Didn’t get fixed for a month (with me having to call them weekly for any type of update) *and* came back in worse condition, the GPU no longer works properly so now I’m having to get a new laptop. Do not recommend this place, just go somewhere else honestly.

They saved my laptop. Due to my own actions, my laptop was badly infected and I was to start classes in a couple of days. Scared of missing any school, I called around and this place was the only one friendly on the phone.
They handled everything in a professional way. Even being nice to me; the crazy anxious demanding student. Once my laptop was clean and ready again, they gave me a brief, helpful tutorial on how to care for and maintain my laptop to avoid trouble in the future.
My laptop now works bette than when I bought it! When I buy my next laptop, I’ll take it to them before getting it going so that I KNOW I’m protecting my investment.
Virus removal isn’t cheap, it’s a time consuming job. This shop does everything you need to make it run well. Skip the Fort Wayne trip, it’s not worth it!

Steve explained how he would repair my computer very well. He did it in a timely manner and the results are what I expected them to be. Also they are friendly and welcoming.
