I dealt with Shae over the phone for a week regarding a new machine with my trade in. She was never pushy or anything that made me feel rushed. I live out of state about 5 hours away. I had a little problem when I got there, my fault, but Shae and her Manager Roy very patiently worked with me to get it straightened out. Shortly after, I was on my way home with my new machine. They saved me $3300 with their dealer discount that my local dealer wouldn't do, so they got my business. I can't wait to go back when I have time to visit their offroad park. That place looks huge!
