Showed up to get a “ no hassle lifetime replacement screen cover” after guy couldn’t even find me in the system he began to say he was new and every one he had done charges the customer just over $10 dollars for a screen saver I asked to see where is shows that customer has to pay for product under lifetime warranty and he said he could and again he was new and get this he was training a new hire!! Lmao this Monticello location is a joke! Blind leading the blind , might be contacting better business bureau for selling a product under a hassle free replacement warranty and trying to charge me a quote discounted priced screen saver and can’t even show me where it states customer owes anything . Beware and I would suggest going to a branch that has a manager or someone who’s not new training a new hire (lmao) ( shaking head) would love to hear from store owner on this.

The people was super nice and he tried to make it as quick as possible. It’s taking us minute to figure everything out. And he helped me a lot trying to find a new phone and we just had a good time talking

I’ve showed up twice now to get help with a pretty major issue. 1st time last week there was a sign stating the system was down, door was locked… 2nd time, today (5/24) NO ONE SHOWED UP TO WORK!!! I had to call and ask. Absolutely ridiculous.

Store manager Brice was extremely helpful and made my phone transition quick and easy! Highly recommend stopping in and having him solve any issues you may have! Thank you Brice!!!

I have recently switched my phone service to AT&T in Monticello Indiana , I've been there a couple times now and the employees have been very friendly and helpful without being pushy , I love the service I get anywhere that I go , plus I got an excellent deal , the savings , service and helpful staff is worth a lot in my book ?

The young man was very helpful and seems to be very knowledgeable. With a recent update my phone left me without the ability to reply or send text messages. After trying on my own through tech support, and no success, brought it in and he had it fixed in less than five minutes!!!! Thank you ?

I have been with AT&T for years and have always had great service from staff. Today, however, I had EXCEPTIONAL service! Jacob went out of his way to find me the best deal for my phone plan (I was over-paying and he managed to find promotions and deals for which I was eligible), all while being very helpful and kind in the process. Oh, and I was in-and-out in fifteen minutes!
