Update: Andrew sold us a car that he knew had transmission problems but insisted that it was okay, and you just had to get used to it. He said it had a warranty and that if we wanted the transmission replaced the warranty company would do it. The warranty company ended up looking at the car to replace the transmission and clutch less than a month after we got the car because we didn't want to drive it with how we didn't feel it was running properly. The warranty company refused to contribute to fixing the car. We brought this up to Andrew and he fought with us on how we should've just gone to him instead of the makers dealership. He did end up taking the car and replacing the transmission and paying for half of it plus shipping. We appreciate that he did cover some of the cost, but all of this could’ve been avoided if he would’ve just fixed what he knew was a problem before selling the car and insisting it was okay. We have had this car since the beginning of June and finally got it back here in the middle of October. That’s FIVE months of not having our vehicle because someone didn’t want to take responsibility! It should not have taken this long. It would not have taken this long if Andrew would’ve taken the responsibility of trying to represent his company well by fixing the problem before sale and not stalling in answers for our continuous messages to reach him. Even after we got the car back we were leery to drive it because when shifting the check engine light would flash. When we took it to someone else to check the code we learned that a connection under the center console wasn’t hooked up anymore for the hazard lights, trunk, and more. Also, the carrier bearing in the driveshaft needs to be replaced since it came back to us with a bad bushing.
