I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Ashcroft, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both their service and pricing. After checking out Kay Jewelers, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Ashcroft offered a much more affordable deal on the same item. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire shopping experience enjoyable. They took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t pressure me into any decisions. I highly recommend Ashcroft for anyone looking for great value and excellent customer service!

So last month, my Fiancé and I went to several jewelry stores. None of them seemed particularly interested in helping us design what we were envisioning for a matching set of rings. Ashcroft was a breath of fresh air on this point. Joshua, special shout out to him for sure, took time to really listen to our thoughts and bring the design we were thinking to life right then. We sent those designs off, and they came back in today. They were perfect, exactly what we had imagined. ?
