Una semana despues el camion presenta escape de humo DEF en la misma zona donde ellos trabajaron, problema que NO EXISTIA ANTERIORMENTE, hoy nos presentamos alli y el señor que nos atendio nos dijo que como habiamos escrito una opinion en Google, eso estaba en manos del Service Manager( el de la supuesta llamada que nunca recibimos, ante nuestra queja) y que solo podiamos verlo con el , que no estaba en ese momento y hasta el lunes no estaria, pensamos, nos pueda atender el proximo lunes.
cobran por un trabajo, que ya explicamos en comentario anterior como fue y ahora como reclamamos no nos quieren recibir el camion hasta que no veamos al gerente.. Mientras tanto nuestra compania se ve afectada.
Acaso no podemos comentar nuestras experiencias en este sitio, o hay restricciones o discriminaciones al respecto?

I brought my truck in they said they would get to it the next day. Finally 7 days later they finally got to it. I go into replace an actuator on the turbo, and they ended up breaking the turbo, all because they could not extract a bolt nor even take the turbo off to extract the bolt. But because they went ahead and broke it they decided to give me the bill up and beyond 13,000 to get a new turbo with it was 70% higher than Anywhere in the world. Way to go - guys a good way to get you alls bonus in this year
Non of the so called mechanics could tell me why they could not extract a bolt. When the head of the bolt was in perfect condition. All we had to do was replace an Actuator 300.00 Thanks a lot . I found a new turbo with one google search, all I need was an actuator. I would have save more than 11,500 by just doing it in my local shop.
THIS SHOP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FROM ME.
Never under any circumstances.. I assume they were all going to get a little bonus from this bolt job..

I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest or reliable work."

Don’t bother asking for the service manager, Bill he will do nothing for you and the people who work in the service department are extremely rude and very unprofessional. When I left, my truck had more problems than when it came. I had to take my truck to a different dealer to have them fix what they broke. My company is Lawyer recommended that we file class action lawsuit, but why bother this place has been bought and sold so many times. I now see why. To make matters worse, I live in the area and now I had to take my fleet to Bowling Green to get them worked on.

Usually i do not live reviews but this time i am so disapointed bicouse anything what this gentleman say its not thrue...first they say we have open garage bring your truck in and after i take towing and come they say o we are sorry we take 2 truck in front of you we can check your truck for 3 days and thsy didnt and after truck was fixed i did call for pick up and wanna pick up truck they say we can leave your key in and you can come after hours to pick up truck and gate was lock hehe can't belive i came night early must take hotel and stay one more day lost load for that day...and after everythig when i told them for this they act like they doesnt care at all so they do not respect the costumer at all and they was angry bicouse i have warranty on my truck so they just take 600$ from me CAANT belive this ...so RIDICILOUS

I want to leave this review only as a construction method. But I bought an IPR valve for my dt466 and put it in and it didn't work. I was going to return it and they wanted me to buy another one and they would take it back to see if it really malfunctioned. I think it is disrespectful that they want to say that one is lying. I just wanted a new part that works since the one they sold me didn't work. I hope they resolve this soon as I have my faith with them waiting for them to respond if they are going to give me a new one or the money. How are they going to sell something so expensive and that doesn't work? Otherwise everything has gone very well. I always go with them, but this time I'm dissected
