If I could give you 0 stars I would! For buying a business that has been around for years, you need to understand the business you are dealing with! You aren’t just throwing together arrangements for your dinner table. You are dealing with a lot of emotions(grieving families, weddings, first relationship) like flowers are typically bought with a purpose. You simply do not have any care towards your customers and what they want. They are willing to pay and you are not even making the bare minimum of what is being expected. This business you have bought is no longer the family friendly shop that has been around for years and you can’t blame the community because of your mistakes!!

Buyers beware- New owners. Very unprofessional, poor customer service, poor quality, and way over priced. Ordered multiple arrangements for step-dad funeral. Was hung up on when called to discuss one of the arrangements received was not as ordered. Would give negative star review if possible.

Ordering online, I filled out several pages of info including credit card number, you make much of a free delivery coupon, then, without ANY advance notice and AFTER entering card number, at the end you pop in a $20 “service fee”. It’s not the $20 that bothers me as much as the lack of disclosure saved for that
LAST screen. Bad business practice, seems deceptive. Won’t order from you.

Spent $200 on a large rose bouquet for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's day. Was not delivered until the next afternoon. Flowers delivered where a very small bouquet that looked horrible and wasn't even close to matching the order. Customer service was terrible.

Placed an order for a funeral two days before the funeral. They call me the day of the funeral and tell me that they can’t do it even though They took my money and The funeral home is only a block away. from their store!
I asked if they could please throw something together and she flat out said no!
I do not understand why for she gave no reason.

When I inquired about getting my refund they hung up on me! I tried to call them back and they hung up on me again!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!
To leave someone hanging for a funeral is just bad business!!!!!

I ordered flowers for my mother in law's Birthday and what she received was soooo beautiful. They were the single best looking flowers I have ever ordered and sent to someone. My mom loved them. Thank you for the beautiful arrangement!! ❤️
