From Chuck, our super salesman, con·cierge, so to speak, who made sure that we have been 100%, completely satisfied with our newer, used motorhome and all of the services rendered to make it perfect for us.
We were able to plug into electricity and water for the week, along with our sister who travels with us in her campervan, while we waited for service to be done and while we moved from one motorhome to the other.
What a sweet place to park, under the trees, with plenty of room for our dogs to run and rest.
Ancira knows how to give their customers the "white glove" treatment!!

Great deal with very reasonable prices. Sales rep Steve Lyons did not try to upscale a bigger camper. Listened to our wants and needs. Made suggestions on campers without trying to lie to us about towing capabilities like other dealerships (it’s not about the towing capacity it about the payload and tongue weight). Would recommend if looking for a new camper and want to deal with honest salesmen who will still haggle a deal.

Update: in response to Kevin, we were never told that we weren’t approved with no money down. There were no options for us you just went straight to the next person. And we thought we put a deposit down while we were on our way to your dealership to hold it. We went with Blue Compass, got a new RV and was approved with no money down! 804 credit score. Yeah your sales manager is a liar!!!

Went to see an RV and put a deposit down (so we thought). Ancira ran our credit and we were approved and wanted us to go in. They asked if wanted to put a down payment and we said we rather not. We stopped what we were doing and headed that way. Come to find out they sold the RV from under us within 2 hours. Sales Manager was rude and inconsiderate and said they gave preference to us but because we didn’t want to put a down payment they sold it to another customer. We were never given the opportunity to work with finance to figure out numbers or anything. If we needed a down payment , we would’ve done so but they never let us know that was a requirement. They never even ran our deposit to hold the trailer for us. Isn’t that the purpose of making a deposit? Bad business. Sales Manager had very poor customer service skills and his attitude towards us made us feel like we were nobody. Never will we ever buy from Ancira.

Brandon was the salesman assisting me. He was extraordinary and very nice. He made sure we were comfortable with our stay there. The Motorhome I purchased is great. The generator wasn't working but he kept on the maintenance shop and had it going in a decent amount of time. Brandon is the man. Thank you

Great experience with Ancira on my recent purchase of a Motorhome. Pricing was competitive on the new unit and the value offered on my trade-in was fair. I financed a portion of the deal and they made the process simple and fast. My sales person (Steve Lyons) was timely in his communication and did everything he commuted as part of the sales process. The finance manager (Mickey) had all paperwork ready in advance so things went quickly. Overall a positive experience.

If you are new to RV or an experienced individual Gary will help you and provide solutions to any issues which may arise. I recently traded a well used 13 yr old fifth wheel for a new model. He is an absolute superstar on the sales team which is hands down one of the best I have worked with as this is my 3rd fifth wheel and very happy to have this one. Gary Taylor provided excellent customer service! We drove from Washington state to purchase a new motorhome, sight unseen, and Gary made the transaction seamless. There was never any pressure. Gary took the time to make sure we knew all about our new motorhome. He coordinated with others to ensure all our questions were answered. Gary even made sure we were hooked up correctly with our tow vehicle. Everyone was no nice and helpful. We would definitely make the 4,000 mile round-trip again!
