James and the company did a bathroom remodel project for three bathrooms as well as some other updates. Can't speak highly enough of the quality workmanship, the beauty of the end product and how well it functions. This was taking an original, 25 year old bathroom and updating it to a modern, 21st century bathroom. Design ideas and the latest technology in glass works were also utilized.

We are very pleased with our new Smart Pergola from American Elegance. Our family has used the patio space more in the last two months than we have in the past 10 years. American Elegance also painted the outside of our home and installed new siding and a new window. James and his team are dependable, reasonably priced and customer-service oriented. I plan to use this firm again for future projects.

Built pergola on existing patio. James and Zeb were outstanding. Rain sensor closes shades automatically and works beautiful. During recent storms on June 13, I placed anything outside that could get damaged inside pergola. Watched as strong wind and rain poured down. Happy to report that all ended up well and no damage to any items. Would highly recommend this business. Very sorry I didn’t build a house with them.

Interactive design studio! James is great to design a house with and has solid ideas and GETS STUFF DONE! We've worked with him for years and he's never let us down... Even if you aren't ready to build, stop in to see the smart pergola. Impressive!

The customer service was top notch. They were quick to respond to any questions that I had and never once made me feel like I was bothering them. They were prompt and courteous. They delivered deck furniture and were very respectful to our property and so friendly. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely be coming back for our next purchase.
