Dropped off my silver necklace to have a ring reconnected to the clasp. It had been poking/scratching me in the back of the neck for ages. They did a great job and even cleaned it for me too. Nice selection of used and new jewelry and cool plants and rare stones. I’ll definitely be back if I need anything.

15 $ battery watch?‍♂️ and that’s the battery just without the labor or something. Which I usually buy from store four 5$ My watch band need it the band holder They told me they don’t have parts just replace for new one.

I dropped off my bracelet to get repaired and unfortunately picked it up and it was damaged. Luckily this isn’t a bracelet I care too much about but the bead where the chain broke is missing some parts and is deformed now with a sticky residue on it. It wasn’t an expensive fix, but I wish they told me before that the bead would be damaged and I just wouldn’t have repaired it at all then. The store also has an interesting smell that is almost unbearable.

Good prices and the people are good. The lady is an amazing person. However I approached the store a few mins before they closed and they closed the store on my face. I had already paid and just needed to pick my ring up and the owners didn’t even bother saying anything. Only bad experience I’ve had with them. Small stores should make good customer service their priority.
