Prior to making a purchase, I specifically asked if the items were new with tags, and I was told that they are unless they come from the clearance section of the website. An item that I purchased from the non-clearance section of the website arrived without a tag, and all items smelled terrible when they arrived. I didn’t contact the owner within the return window (my fault), but her response was just completely rude.

Active Joy Boutique is amazing! I love how inexpensive they are for such high quality. I struggle to find deals on small, petite sizes but they have a lot of options! I just recently got these Athleta pants for half of what they would have cost in the store. Definitely recommend Yvonne and Hannah at Active Joy Boutique!

I maybe just had bad luck. My first order I placed I ordered a pair of pants called a distance jogger from Athleta. It came as a different style. I was told they produced 2 different styles with the same name. I received a credit for in store only. My 2nd order I ordered 3 things. The Athleta sleeveless SPF top and the Athleta long sleeve SPF top I ordered were the biggest smalls I have ever seen. They were 4 inches longer and 4 inches wider when compared to their Momentum tops. I am sad because they will not be going with me to Hawaii next week.

I absolutely love this website! I will never pay full price for athletic or athleisure wear again, the selection and discounts are incredible. They have a great selection and the website is really easy to use, I can go right to whatever I’m looking for (i.e. tops) and narrow it down by my size to see what they have in stock. The Athleta yoga pants are like butter, I never knew because I didn’t want to pay their full price. Sports bras, joggers, tops, yoga pants…this site is the way to go! Love the concept, love the mission, love the logo! And I got my package earlier than expected, I was so excited!!

I will not purchase here again. I bought an Athleta sweatshirt for my daughter. I paid full retail price for it of over $80. It arrived looking used. Fabric pilling and it smelled funny. They refuse to give refunds because of their great "discounts". Shame on them!

SCAM ALERT. I never received the product I ordered. Only after almost 3 weeks and 3 emails did I finally get a response that they would issue a refund. I have proof of all 3 emails and order date for confirmation.

UPDATE - 2-23-2024 I still have not received a refund. They have my money and I have nothing.

Update 2-27-24
I have sent another email and tried their "live chat" and no response to anything. I have reached out to my credit card company and they are filing a dispute.

I have had nothing but good experiences ordering from Active Joy Boutique. They ship super fast, the clothes are brand new (way cheaper than I have found anywhere else as new) and the owners are extremely kind. I especially love that I am a mid sized body type and never struggle finding things in my size like other places. They will for sure be my go to when I am looking for something new!

I absolutely love the Cozy Karma Vela icy blue Athleta dress! It fits exactly and is perfect for a cold day. And, it feels like a sweatshirt you have had for years without looking like one! Shipping was lightning quick and service was 5 star. Repeat customers, like me, get great discounts.
